These terms apply to christossanford.com and to our text messages and automated assistants. They are between you and 107 West First LLC, doing business as The Original Christo's ("we" or "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Menu, hours, and availability

We try to keep this site accurate, but menu items, specials, availability, and hours change, sometimes without notice. Photos show how a dish may look and can differ from what you are served. Please call (407) 320-0799 if you need to be sure of something before you come in.

Food allergies

Our food is prepared in a shared kitchen that handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free of them. Menu descriptions are not a complete list of ingredients. If you have an allergy or dietary need, tell a Christo's team member before you order.

Ordering through other companies

Online orders, delivery, and online catering orders are handled by outside companies such as Toast, Slice, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and ezCater. Their own terms, prices, and fees apply to those orders, and we are not responsible for their websites or apps. Catering and private events arranged directly with us are subject to whatever we agree with you at the time.

Text message terms

These terms apply if you opt in to text messages from The Original Christo's. Texts may include specials, events, changes to our hours, and information about your orders or requests.

• Opting in. You join only by opting in, and you must be the account holder or have their permission. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
• Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will confirm once, and then send no more texts unless you opt in again.
• Help. Reply HELP, call (407) 320-0799, or email christossanford@gmail.com.
• Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Tell us if you change or give up your number, so that we do not text whoever gets it next.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number and consent, which are not shared with third parties for marketing.

Automated and AI assistants

We may use automated or AI-powered tools, including tools provided by Google, to answer questions or help with calls and requests. Their answers can be incomplete or wrong, and they do not change our actual menu, prices, hours, or policies. Please confirm anything important, especially about food allergies, with a Christo's team member.

Using this site

Please use this site lawfully, and do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or send spam through our forms. The text, photos, logos, and design belong to us or to those who licensed them to us, so do not reuse them commercially without our permission. Guest reviews quoted on this site belong to their authors.

Disclaimers and limits

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, or for the content of sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under disability access laws.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Seminole County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
